Coffman Releases Tax Returns for Past Five Years, Calls on Opponents to do the Same

Highlands Ranch, CO - Sixth Congressional District candidate Mike Coffman, in an effort to bring full disclosure and transparency into the race, released to the public his personal tax returns for the past five years.

"Mike believes any candidate seeking to hold the public trust as their representative in the United States Congress should be willing to fully disclose where their income has been coming from", said Coffman for Congress Campaign Manager Dustin Zvonek.

"In a race were tens of thousands of dollars have been lent from a candidate to his campaign committee, we would hope that in fairness to the voters he would make public where that money came from", Zvonek added.

This is the second attempt by the Coffman campaign to bring absolute openness to the campaign. In March, Coffman sent a letter to all candidates asking them to disavow any and all negative 527 activities in the race for the Sixth Congressional District. To date, only one has responded.
